We also offer integration services for third-party software, such as the development of AI-powered safari tour operator modules.
2. Client Responsibilities
To enable the successful deployment of our AI solutions, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the configuration of AI agents and database schemas. You must maintain the security of any credentials or API keys provided to you; furthermore, you must ensure that any data you provide for processing has been collected in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Mizizi AI Ltd retains all rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary AI logic, pre-existing code, and the underlying architecture of our agents; clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the specific modules developed for their business upon full payment of fees.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our AI agents for any unlawful purpose; specifically, you shall not attempt to reverse-engineer our models or use the services to distribute malicious software or spam.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the highest level of accuracy in our AI outputs, we do not guarantee that our agents will be error-free at all times; consequently, Mizizi AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our automation services.
